Background was done with alcohol inks on glossy paper . (Heavy on the pearl and silver metalic inks) While the ink is still wet, run a soft brush across it.
The flowers were cut from a piece of paper. I covered the paper with VersaMark and embossed. I did this twice and then just stuck a couple of dots in the center of the flowers.
